As a woman in her mid-forties, I never thought I would be doing CrossFit. I am most comfortable with a cardio workout. But with the help of the coaches I am able to do the movements with correct form, sans injury. I even did my first rope climb (I have a fear of heights)!
I feel so lucky to have found a gym that I can call my second home that has taught me so much about strength, mental awareness, discipline, and what a true community feels like.
I’m not only the fittest and strongest of my life, but I’ve met a lot of great people here I’m proud to call friends!
